Agile Coach
Description
We are looking to hire an Agile Coach for a client. The candidate will provide agile coaching services to drive transformative initiatives within HR, focusing on delivering value and meeting IT and business needs across the organization divisions and branches.
Responsibilities
- Coach teams at various levels to ensure effective adoption and performance of agile methodologies within HR.
- Work with delivery teams within HR to ensure that delivery teams are adopting agile and performing effectively.
- Support HR at portfolio or program level by establishing the right processes for managing a portfolio of work.
- Work with organization-level leaders to drive strategic change across the organization and ensure agile techniques are embraced at the highest levels.
- Provide Agile coaching across all levels to ensure all organizations adopt a pragmatic approach to governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital services for the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in agile coaching and transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of working with teams, portfolios, and organizational levels to implement agile practices.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities.
