Description
We are looking to hire a Lead Software Developer for a client. This role will lead a team of developers, driving the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable software solutions. This role will also ensure projects are completed on time, while maintaining the highest coding standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in cloud computing, to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
