Description
We are looking to hire a Business Analyst for a client. The candidate will provide business analysis services to align business needs with system requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and support the development and documentation of new projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and return on investment calculations for new projects and systems.
- Document current and proposed business processes and analyze the differences.
- Develop and prepare concepts of operations for proposed new systems, including requirements definition to understand the system needs and the best path to achieve those needs.
- Prepare SDLC documentation in accordance with the HR PMO process, such as concept of operations, requirements specifications, and other related documentation.
- Identify, analyze, specify, and document business, operational, and security requirements to ensure the solution meets HR's needs.
- Support software deployment and release activities to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
- Review and analyze current solution features and specifications to determine necessary changes for new requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis and documentation of business processes.
- Strong understanding of feasibility studies, ROI calculations, and requirements definition.
- Experience preparing SDLC documentation and supporting software deployment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities.
